What is Kids2Go?

Kids2Go is a baby equipment rental service established in 2015, serving Mojácar and surrounding areas. The company rents baby and toddler essentials such as travel cots, car seats, high chairs, pushchairs, safety equipment, and more.

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made online or by phone. All bookings must be confirmed by Kids2Go before they are considered valid. Bookings requested within 48 hours of delivery should be made by phone. �

What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 3 days.

Do you offer delivery and collection?

Yes. Delivery and collection services are available throughout the service area. Delivery fees may apply depending on the location. Flexible delivery slots, including evenings and weekends, are often available.

Do offer pickup and drop off?

Yes. We offer FREE pickup and drop off at Iceland car park in Vera. Flexible pickup and drop off slots, including evenings and weekends, are often available.

Is a refundable deposit required?

Yes. A refundable deposit is required for rental equipment. The deposit is returned when equipment is returned in the same condition as supplied.

What happens if equipment is damaged?

Normal wear and tear is expected. However, clients may be charged for missing, damaged, excessively dirty, or unreturned items. Any damage should be reported immediately.

Are the products cleaned and safety checked?

Yes. Kids2Go states that all equipment is thoroughly cleaned, checked, and maintained between rentals, and that products meet relevant EU safety standards.

Can Kids2Go install my car seat?

No. Car seats must be installed by the customer. Instruction are on side of car seats, and customers are responsible for ensuring correct installation and use.

Can I extend my rental?

Yes. Rental extensions may be available depending on equipment availability. Contact Kids2Go as early as possible to arrange an extension.

What is the cancellation policy?

More than 1 week before rental: refund less a 10% cancellation fee.

Less than 1 week but more than 48 hours before rental: 50% refund.

Less than 48 hours before rental: no refund.

Renting allows families to travel lighter and avoid transporting bulky items such as cots, high chairs, prams, and car seats. Kids2Go delivers equipment directly to holiday accommodation, making family travel more convenient.
